Important Reminders
I have the right to refuse any commission.
If you wish to use the commission for commercial use, full rights must be purchased for 200% of the final price of the commission
Commercial use includes using my art for:
-Content creator/social media monetized content (e.g. stream schedule, youtube video thumbnail, twitch panels)
-Merchandise to sell online or in person (e.g. online storefronts like TeePublic, Redbubble)
No art may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including (but not limited to) NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space. You are prohibited from selling or redistributing my work, or anything implied as representing the work in any way, via these technologies.
If you choose to share it PLEASE credit me and my site.
I reserve the right to use all commissioned artworks for personal/portfolio use.
If requesting an oc, please provide clear visual references and any other important details.
Cancel/Edit Policy
You may cancel before I show the preview sketch of your commission. If you are unhappy with the preview I will allow 2 revisions. If still unhappy I will charge a revision fee (5 USD) per revision. After all revisions are complete, cancellation is unavailable.
Payment Policy
Full payment after preview sketch & revisions. An invoice through Paypal will be sent for confirmation.
Extension
There is no extension period. If you do not pay me you will not receive the commission.
Work Time Frame
If you have a hard deadline PLEASE INFORM ME BEFORE STARTING. I intend to finish commissions within about 1-4 weeks. Bigger commercial projects will likely take 4+ weeks due to constant changes. I will update you on progress and/or if it exceeds said time.
Final Product
When finished, I will send you the final product via Discord or email.
